Kreptopka - Comantanda of "Yuri con Yusef " - Gyronical Aero-Provinciality - Announces today that it is imperative that "Adama te Erde'" "Humana" (people of Earth) be clear and with understanding that they as inhabitants of this planet are not in control of their own birthrights or destinies in this life. It is all in the possession of the spirit source and it lives and breathes its own will; and beings are just the reactions and responses to the biological osmosis of the ethereal living body of the spirit source.
"You are in this world, and not of this world!" the Alien Leader spoke to the Human world on every frequency possible. "The Almighty Eternal Spirit created you in his image. Then our ancestors came to your planet and performed genetic experiments upon your creed; to make you what you are today: measly Humans!"

The Yuri con Yusef - Gyronical Aero-Provinciality hovers over the city of Cincinatti on a perpetual basis. It is equivqlent to 225 square acres in circumference; and 22 Stories high. Each floating city houses a population of at least 20,000. There are more than 3000 Aero-Provincialities currently hovering over resource potential regions around the Earth.
Comantanda Kreptopka and his forces have taken control of all the World's establishments upon their arrival to Earth on Dec.23 2012.
They require the Census taken of all Humans and any hybrid Human-Cyborg, Human-Android, or Human-Alien beings. Any individuals evading this Census will be apprehended and erased from all databases and erased from all existence.
